Usher duties include:

Handing out show programs (may include helping to stuff programs)

Guiding traffic in the lobby (directing people where to stand in line waiting for house to open, helping with traffic flow, telling where the entrance is/where the bathrooms are, etc.)

Working concessions (taking concessions sales and handling cash/credit cards, pouring drinks, etc.)

Helping patrons find seats in the theater

Assisting with tidying the theatre after the show

Duties are subject to change based on need

Things to know:

Ushers are required to arrive at the listed time, which is 90 minutes prior to the show time.

Ushers must be at least 15 years of age.

Standing and bending are typical.

The dress code us business casual.

Ushers watch the show for free.

Ushers get one complimentary drink or treat.

Masks are strongly encouraged.
